Volunteers Needed
Volunteering at Escondido Flag Football League is a simple way to make a big impact. Whether you’re helping at the snack bar, setting up or breaking down fields, or stepping in as a team parent, you’re directly supporting the experience your kids and their teammates get every weekend.

Who are we?
Built for the Community
At Escondido Flag Football, we’re building something special—developing flag football players while also giving back to our community through 1 More Win. Every rep, every practice, every game is part of helping these kids grow—not just as players, but as teammates and young leaders.
We’re creating opportunities for kids of all skill levels to improve, compete, and be part of something they’re proud of. And at the same time, we’re bringing families together, building relationships, and raising money that goes right back into local high school athletic programs here in Escondido.
Game days aren’t just about wins and losses—they’re about energy, community, and watching these kids have a blast doing something positive.
Community First
Every game we play strengthens the bond between players, fans.
Opportunities for Everyone
From grassroots beginners to seasoned athletes, our league offers programs.
More Than a Game
Our commitment goes beyond touchdowns. We help the community of Escondido and their athletes.
Our Mission
Portion of the proceeds will go to boys and girls football programs at multiple Escondido High Schools including San Pasqual, Orange Glen, Escondido, Escondido Charter, and Classical Academy. These donations will be made through 1 More Win, an Escondido non-profit.

1 More Win is an Escondido 501c3 non-profit that has been helping underserved high school athletic programs since 2012. They have donated close to $200,000 to schools in San Diego and most consistently, Escondido.
