What is the Skills Assessment?
Our optional skills assessment is a fun, free opportunity for your child to showcase their flag football abilities. It's designed to help us understand their skill level and find the right fit within our league.Who Can Participate?
Any child interested in joining Escondido Flag Football can participate in the skills assessment, regardless of their experience level. We welcome boys and girls from Kindergarten to 7th grade! Just show up Saturday 8/1/26 between 9am and 11am. San Pasqual High School upper softball fields.
What Happens After the Assessment?
If your child enjoys the assessment and wants to join our league, you can sign up on the spot! We make the process easy and straightforward so your child can start playing right away.How Do I Register for the Assessment?

Coaches Needed
A great coach helps build confidence, teaches teamwork, encourages perseverance, and creates memories that players will carry long after the season ends. For parents, coaching is also a chance to spend meaningful time with their own children, sharing unforgettable moments on the field while setting an example of leadership, patience, and sportsmanship. The influence of a positive coach can shape not only better athletes, but stronger, more confident young people.

We’re creating opportunities for kids of all skill levels to improve, compete, and be part of something they’re proud of. And at the same time, we’re bringing families together, building relationships, and raising money that goes right back into local high school athletic programs here in Escondido.
Game days aren’t just about wins and losses—they’re about energy, community, and watching these kids have a blast doing something positive.

Our Mission
Portion of the proceeds will go to boys and girls football programs at multiple Escondido High Schools including San Pasqual, Orange Glen, Escondido, Escondido Charter, and Classical Academy. These donations will be made through 1 More Win, an Escondido non-profit.
1 More Win is an Escondido 501c3 non-profit that has been helping underserved high school athletic programs since 2012. They have donated close to $200,000 to schools in San Diego and most consistently, Escondido.
